About us
Here at JMG Specialties, Inc., our goal is to provide next day lead times, quality products and exceptional customer service. We are a family owned and operated business and like to think of our customers as extended family. The owner, Joe Gage, has been in this industry since the mid 1980's, owning ARC Specialties which supplied supermarket and material handling equipment. He eventually sold ARC to Leggett & Platt, Inc. In 2006, he decided to come back and own and operate a business in an industry that has been his livelihood for the past 40 plus years once again.
Our focus is to keep our operation lean, so that we can also offer custom items without the one-off typically high expense. This should serve any company well in this aggressive and always changing industry. We pride ourselves on quality products, unmatched customer service, and 2nd to none lead times. We understand the fast-paced supermarket industry and are happy to meet that same sense of urgency with our deliveries across the United Stated. Terms and Conditions

Limited Warranty
JMG guarantees to the original purchaser that its product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, when properly installed for one year, provided the product had been used with the
following guidelines:
The product was not over loaded
Any abuse, misuse, alterations of original equipment will void this warranty
Casters and wheels are covered for one year by manufacturer.
Establish a New Account
New customers must fill out a credit application; ALL first orders are COD until terms are established
It will take approximately 48 hours to process the application
Payments will be Net 30 days unless otherwise specified
Freight terms and conditions
FOB Valencia, CA
Freight carriers will be chosen by JMG unless otherwise requested on purchase order
The consignee is responsible to inspect the equipment upon delivery. If a shipment is short or damaged this MUST be clearly noted on the freight bill. If the freight company does not allow you to note this, refuse the shipment. All claims must be brought to our attention within five (5) days from the date the product is received.
Return Policy
Return merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
All merchandise must have an RGA number to assure proper credit
No returns will be accepted for altered or custom items
Terms of Payment
Payment is due in full 30 days after shipment, unless otherwise specified. All new customers must either pay 50% deposit or C.O.D. on their first order; this will be determined by JMG Specialties at the time of quoting the order
Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month
Custom Equipment
All equipment not listed in the catalog will be considered “CUSTOM” and there will be NO RETURNS on any custom built product
Price Changes and Quotes
All Prices are subject to change without notice
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the quotation date
